Assembler (1st & 2nd Shift)

Cary, IL

Pay: $. - $./hr + Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Join a Growing Manufacturing Team

We are seeking Assemblers to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and inspection of custom-engineered industrial products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a quality-focused environment.

Schedule

1st Shift

  • 6: AM – 2: PM

2nd Shift

  • 2: PM – : PM
  • May extend to 1: AM Monday–Thursday based on production needs
  • Friday overtime available

Training

  • All new hires will train on 1st Shift for approximately 4–5 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and blueprints
  • Connect wires, pins, connectors, and hoses
  • Perform mechanical assembly of manufactured components
  • Sand, polish, and finish terminals and parts as required
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure product quality
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Utilize hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Experience with mechanical, electronics, medical device, or precision assembly is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Join a Specialized Manufacturing Operation

We are seeking Chemical Room Associates to support metal finishing, cleaning, and chemical processing operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in anodizing, metal finishing, plating, chemical processing, or industrial manufacturing.

Schedule

1st Shift

  • 6: AM – 2: PM

2nd Shift

  • 2: PM – : PM
  • May extend to 1: AM Monday–Thursday based on production requirements
  • Friday overtime available

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload parts throughout chemical processing operations
  • Support anodizing, cleaning, and metal finishing processes
  • Monitor processing procedures and production requirements
  • Handle materials and components safely throughout the manufacturing process
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures
  • Wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
  • Assist with material handling and movement throughout the department

Work Environment

Employees may work around:

  • Acid tanks
  • Water tanks
  • Distilled water tanks
  • Anodizing lines
  • Metal cleaning operations
  • Industrial chemical processing equipment

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift
  • Ability to frequently lift and move components weighing – pounds
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial processing equipment
  • Previous anodizing, plating, metal finishing, or chemical processing experience is highly preferred
