This is a temp-to-hire position, offering the chance for permanent employment based on strong performance and attendance.

Shift Details :

1st Shift : 5 AM - 4 : 30 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

Pay Rate : $14.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

Assemble parts using hand tools and small drills to create high-quality products.

Perform simple assembly operations for large or medium-sized components, utilizing both manual and machine-assisted methods.

Conduct thorough parts testing to ensure quality standards are met.

Package finished products efficiently and accurately.

Engage in repetitive tasks to meet and exceed company quotas while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Requirements :

Previous experience in assembly or material handling is advantageous but not mandatory.

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
