Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare data-sharing initiative focused on implementing interoperable client records, shared tools, and integration with existing IT systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between participating stakeholders and a Health Information Exchange (HIE) partner organization, facilitating technical implementation activities, data governance requirements, pilot projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
