Project Manager
Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, contract administration, and project reporting. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate internal teams, design partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Support healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, and public-sector projects throughout the Raleigh market.

A successful Project Manager should have:
- 8-12+ years of Project Management experience with a reputable regional or national general contractor
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences, or other technically complex project experience preferred
- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish while maintaining client relationships
- Strong tenure and career stability with previous employers
- Local Raleigh market experience preferred; relocation candidates considered
Salary: Up to $135,000+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate)
