Major/Essential Functions
- Produce compelling social media content, photography, videography, and other multimedia assets.
- Develop audience-focused communications that enhance the school’s visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and advance strategic enrollment, marketing, and communication objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging, audience-focused content across the school’s social media channels to support recruitment, marketing, and brand awareness.
- Monitor content performance and emerging trends to optimize engagement, expand audience reach, and strengthen the school’s digital presence.
- Provide, edit, and maintain high-quality promotional photos and videos that showcase the school’s academic programs, faculty, students, alums, and events.
- Collaborate closely with SHP leadership and subject matter experts to develop, review, and publish accurate, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Assist with TTUHSC School of Health Professions events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media management platforms and tools, such as Meta Business Suite or similar platforms, for content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with photography tools such as DSLR/Mirrorless camera proficiency and Adobe Lightroom.
- Experience with web design & development tools such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
