POSITION

The Analyst would join the Growth Equity Team, and assist collaboratively in all aspects of the investment process (idea generation, research, analysis, and portfolio construction). This role would involve a breadth of tasks, with emphasis on assisting senior members of the team with screening for ideas and conducting fundamental research.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.

Location(s) : Milwaukee, WI or Indianapolis, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Senior Analysts and Portfolio Managers with screening for ideas
• Conduct in depth bottom up fundamental research within a collaborative, team based process
• Maintain, update, and develop spreadsheets to support company models and sector dashboards
• Assist with portfolio monitoring and client reporting, as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Base Pay Range : $90,000 - $100,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
