Position Overview :

As an Office Manager in our State Farm agency, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, leading and developing team members, and working closely with the agent to drive office performance. Your experience with State Farm systems and processes will be essential in maintaining a seamless and productive environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage office operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members, promoting professional development
• Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance with State Farm standards
• Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
• Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements :

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Property / Casualty and Life / Health insurance licenses.
• Prior State Farm experience (required).
