Job description
We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. $42,500
Responsibilities:- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
The Templeton Team will strive daily to provide customer service above and beyond our customers' expectations. The Templeton Team is going to create an ongoing and lasting relationship with our customers. We focus on Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Condo Insurance, Renters Insurance, Health Insurance, and more throughout the Carrollton, GA area. Our team will meet our customers' financial needs while at the same time helping our customers reach their goals and dreams. We are here to help you stay protected.
