Job Description
New Century Volkswagen is searching for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The main focus of this role is to drive service leads and build relationships with potential service clients. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing and creating new service strategies and managing the service process with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join an established service team and develop their career in the automotive retail service industry.
Compensation and Benefit s
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary of $20-$22 per hour plus tiered bonuses based on "made" or "shown" customers.

Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of methods to identify and target new service opportunities
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to build trust and increase service
- Contact specific list of customers to maintain service appointment
- Manage client communication and service pipeline to ensure good customer service
- Document all activity and results in the service database and ensure data accuracy
- Track customer information, preferences, pricing, competition, and market conditions
- Generate service appointments and obtain referrals by attending events and networking functions
- Regularly report to management on service appointment made progress and performance
