Responsibilities:
Coordinate the admission process for new residents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure residents receive the highest quality care
