A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Facilities Management. Key Responsibilities Manage and direct the delivery of hard services, critical operations, and asset planning for a property portfolio Develop financial plans for cost control and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations Lead and support the organization in continuous improvement and ensure effective relationships with key client contacts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial high-rise or facility management, with at least 6 years at the Facility Manager level Broad commercial real estate and financial background with expertise in facility / property operation and management Project / construction management experience desired Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred
