We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Dock Reach Truck Operator to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in a cold storage warehouse environment, pick and stage customer orders, replenish shelves and maintain proper inventory placement using the reach truck. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cold storage environment and is ready to contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck operation experience (required)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move materials as needed
