Luxe Redux Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury, designer gowns at a discounted price. Currently, Luxe Redux Bridal consists of over a dozen brick-and-mortar locations in addition to an online presence!

Now, let's talk #workperks! While bridal is a niche market of retail our hours certainly don't reflect those of traditional retail hours [goodbye early mornings + late, late nights!]. Also, pop the champs, we are CLOSED on all of those special holidays where big box retail finds it revenue worthy to be open. This position will be scheduled up to 40 hours a week Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to take on special projects, as needed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect inbound product from manufacturers, conducting detailed quality control checks to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with company standards.
  • Process and allocate outbound shipments from the Distribution Center to retail locations in alignment with replenishment strategies and service level expectations.
  • Execute inventory transactions, system updates, and cycle count activities to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through thorough research, root cause analysis, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Partner with the Purchasing team to reconcile purchase order variances, including shortages, overages, and damaged goods, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized in accordance with established warehouse procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and audit ready work environment in compliance with company safety standards and operational guidelines.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational performance.

Key Success Indicators for This Role:

  • Ability to apply strict quality control in relation to designer bridal sample inspection with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning about bridal designers and gaining hands-on experience in the bridal industry.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation are needed for educating other employees and developing new inventory processes.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to anticipate problems before they happen and handle them appropriately when they do.
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong data entry skills, and advanced level understanding of excel.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable lifting 30 lbs+ (boxes, mannequins, racks, etc.)
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts
  • A valid Driver's License to operate and drive a company van.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior data entry experience or experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to use Apple products, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite and other technology-based tools, including POS and inventory management software.
