Job Summary
We are seeking a Title Processor to join our team! As a Title Processor, you will be working closely with the lender, ensuring the title is clear, and obtaining all necessary documentation and signatures for the settlement. You will also be processing the file, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and owning the close of the sale or settlement. The ideal candidate can multitask, and excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages.
