Job Title : Medical Review Specialist
Location : Remote (U.S. based only)
Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Review Specialist to join our remote Document Management Team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in reviewing and handling sensitive medical documentation. The Medical Review Specialist will be responsible for document review, case creation, data entry, and redaction of PII / PHI, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing patient medical records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Creation : Accurately input new medical cases into internal systems.
- Document Review : Ensure all medical records include key information such as provider names, treatment details, and dates of service.
- Redaction : Carefully review summaries and redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Indexing : Organize and index large volumes of medical documents with precision and efficiency.
- Data Entry : Perform high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Other Duties : Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
