Conduct thorough fire safety and periodic maintenance inspections in assigned areas. Ensure smoke detectors are functional, clean, and correctly positioned. Install essential safety products like smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and residential fire suppression systems. Educate tenants on fire safety and the proper use of safety products. Document your findings with detailed electronic reports and pictures. Maintain accurate daily inventory counts of all products on your work truck. Basic computer skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of residential fire safety. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with power tools and ladders. Proficient with mobile tools and applications. Valid drivers license with a clear driving record. Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach. Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 75 pounds. Previous inspection experience is a plus but not required.
