This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public, are physically active, confident communicators, flexible with their schedules, and eager to learn. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, with hours ranging from 16 to 30 hours per week. The pay range is $17.50 / hr to $30.00 / hr, with average representatives earning $25-$30 / hr through base pay and bonuses. Key Responsibilities

Attend events, fairs, tradeshows, and festivals as a company representative Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers Develop knowledge of all product lines Meet or exceed appointment-setting and quality goals Set appointments by educating homeowners about the benefits of HSM products Display setup and tear down Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
