  • Expert Reporting & Exhibits: Will assist with drafting expert reports, rebuttals, and memos, as well as preparing visual exhibits for use in arbitration or trial.
  • Business Development Support: Assist leadership in the growth of the practice by contributing to the preparation of proposals, industry presentations, and attend networking events.

Qualifications

Education/Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field is required. A Master's degree (MBA or MAcc) and professional certifications such as CPA or CFE are highly preferred.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (complex formulas, data modeling, and visualization). Experience with database management or specialized accounting software (e.g., Deltek, QuickBooks) is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction accounting, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), or commercial litigation procedures is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities: Superior written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of discretion and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict, court-mandated deadlines.

Status: Full-time

The base salary range for this position is $93,000.00 to $131,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on work location, qualifications, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
