Position Overview :

As an Airport Ramp Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring outstanding customer service for passengers through all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and more. Your leadership will be vital in creating a positive travel experience!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead a customer service team, enhancing the passenger experience.
  • Welcome passengers and assist them through arrival and check-in, including support for special needs.
  • Manage ticketing and check-in processes using computerized systems while addressing any complaints.
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
  • Support ramp agents in ensuring that special assistance items are available during departures and arrivals.
  • Assist passengers with mobility needs, such as pushing wheelchairs.
  • Monitor safety practices in alignment with regulatory standards and Unifi policies.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment with a focus on Safety, Anti-Harassment, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
  • Perform additional related duties as defined by your skill set.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to obtain required credentials as per airport, state, or customs regulations.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • One year of relevant experience in aviation or ground services industries.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and kneeling.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Open to working outside in varying weather conditions.
