What Youll Do :

The FP&A Business Health team drives financial enablement and transformation across CoreWeave. The team focuses on creating simplifying and scaling FP&A processes through automation improved controls and system optimization ensuring the business can scale efficiently.

About the role :

The Senior Finance Manager - FP&A Business Health role will focus on automation and simplification through processes systems and controls. You will lead initiatives that allow the company to scale efficiently partnering closely with FP&A Tax IT Supply Chain and Accounting to drive adoption of new tools and workflows. Success in this role requires strong project management being agile and a passion for turning complex processes into simple repeatable solutions.

In this role you will :

• Ensure our close and forecast financials are automated with the proper controls accurately in our systems and tools.
• Process Improvement : Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management : Plan execute and deliver on key strategic projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments primarily Tax and IT to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with FP&A.
• Change Management : Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

The base salary range for this role is $135000 to $198000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
