  • Experience managing an ERP system integration (SI) vendor or external consulting partner for an end-to-end implementation.
  • Experience working directly with business leaders and process owners to align project delivery with business priorities, operating model changes, process standardization, and adoption goals.
  • Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, commercial products, finance, supply chain, or enterprise operations is preferred.
  • PMI, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar planning and delivery management tools is preferred.

  • Strong vendor management skills, including tracking SI deliverables, validating completion criteria, managing escalations, and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
