OUR OPENING
Journey Group is seeking a Director of Information Technology (IT Director) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota . In this strategic leadership role, you will shape and execute the company's IT vision, lead the IT department, and partner with business leaders to advance technology solutions that support growth, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN IT DIRECTOR?
- Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, performance coaching, and professional development
- Define and implement the long-term IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee enterprise technology infrastructure, systems, and security programs
- Partner with executives and department leaders to provide strategic IT guidance and solutions
- Champion digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Develop and manage the IT budget and technology vendor relationships
- Oversee business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and lead major technology projects, upgrades, and integrations
- Establish and maintain information security, risk management, and compliance practices
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
