Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to play a key role in the development and integration of IT systems within our organization. This individual will address both hardware and software challenges, ensuring technology is leveraged to its fullest potential. A strong understanding of business applications' functionality is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

Specification Development : Create detailed specifications to fulfill business objectives.
Strategic Technology Guidance : Provide advice on how to use technology to achieve business goals.
Implementation Support : Assist in both technological and functional system implementations.
Application Development : Write, debug, and maintain code for new and existing applications.
End-User Collaboration : Work closely with end users to solve business and technology-related issues.
Process Enhancement : Analyze and improve business processes and workflows for greater efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Experience : Mid-level software developer with relevant experience.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with multiple operating systems, databases, and programming languages.

SQL Expertise : Strong skills in SQL.

Project Management : Experience with project management software and methodologies.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Customer-Oriented : A focus on providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Compensation :

The pay range for this role starts at $60,000 and is based on experience. This role includes quarterly bonuses, profit sharing and stock grants for a total expected compensation package up to $92,700 plus great benefits!
