Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with functions both within and outside of the Digital Grid NAM sales team. Examples of this are as follows: · Work with the solution architect team to drive prescription of Digital Grid technologies and influence technical buying solutions of your customer. · Work with the tendering team to deliver compelling commercial offers and to manage the contract negotiation with the customer. · Work with the marketing team to drive opportunity generation and participate at industry events to showcase our technologies and solutions. · Provide “voice of the customer” feedback to the product team to ensure they have insights into the needs/requirements of your customer. · Collaborate with the partner success team and/or the project delivery team to define the opportunity pursuit strategy that will give SE the best chance of winning the opportunity and the customer the best chance of a successful project. Competency & Experience · 5–10 years of enterprise sales and new business development experience. · Market & Product Knowledge - Understanding of utility operations and grid software. · Communication & Relationship Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Collaboration & Organizational Skills - Ability to coordinate across multiple teams. · Growth Mindset & Adaptability - Willingness to learn evolving grid technologies. · Process orientated – proven ability to drive opportunities from identification to closure within a projected time period.
