Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to drive residential restoration growth across Southern and Northern California. This role focuses on building and expanding referral partnerships within the environmental remediation industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and generating referral-based revenue within restoration, mitigation, or a related service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new residential restoration business through water damage and mitigation referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underserved accounts and referral sources.
- Identify service gaps and create opportunities to increase referral volume.
- Leverage the company’s reputation, expertise, and customer-focused culture to generate new business.
- Expand outreach efforts to franchise groups, property service providers, and strategic partners.
- Manage prospecting activities, relationship development, and account growth initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of referral partners and business opportunities.
- Support company growth goals by driving referral activity that contributes to 100+ jobs per month.
- Represent the company professionally and deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Business development experience within the restoration/remediation, or related service industry required.
- Established network of referral partners within water damage, insurance, property management, plumbing, or restoration markets preferred.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills required.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills required.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission: 10% of gross profit per job (approximately $125 average payout per job).
