Job Summary
Looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to assist with the design, development, implementation & administration of ServiceNow Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of ServiceNow Development Experience covering multiple areas of the platform (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.), be able to work in a high-demand environment, meet deadlines while working remote, and be highly collaborative & communicative.
Basic Responsibilities
- Design, develop, & configure ServiceNow applications, workflows & integrations.
- Design & Configure ServiceNow Modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), Request Management (Service Catalog, Employee Center), Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Automation Engine, ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, & Virtual Agent.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers and other relevant technologies.
- Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages.
- Design, Test, Deploy & Maintain workflows, & business rules to support integration logic & data processing
- Develop & maintain API's, web services, and other integration interfaces to support data exchange between systems.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct Code Reviews to ensure they're up to date with industry standards.
- Ability to implement security policies using ACL's (Access Control Lists), roles, groups, etc.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improvement of process and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with Business Teams, and IT Teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions to align solutions with organization goals.
- Create & Maintain Comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
- Provide Training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.
- Stay up to date with new features & best practices in ServiceNow Integration & Development.
