Ensures that all actions are in concert with the Board policies as well as the mission statement, beliefs, objectives, and parameters found in the Board’s strategic plan.
Participates in job training and professional growth opportunities in order to enhance ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
Install, maintain, inventory, and support district technology resources.
Respond with urgency to critical threats such as potential viruses or cyber-attacks.
Maintain and update documentation and records of technical services provided throughout the district.
Provide imaging and device-wiping services to district hardware such as laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and iPads.
Coordinates and communicates tasks and activities with district help desk staff as well as supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced level technology coursework preferred.

Intermediate knowledge of office productivity software and other industry standards.
WORK CALENDAR : Summer ; June 1 through August 31
WORKING CONDITIONS : Daily in-district travel requiring use of a personal vehicle. Prolonged work in non-climate controlled buildings.
