The Opportunity
As Senior Director of Marketing for Fuel iX , you will oversee marketing activities related to the positioning, messaging, and adoption growth of an innovative SaaS solution for enterprise generative AI capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our innovative AI-based software and ensuring the products are uniquely positioned and aligned with market demand.
is an enterprise-grade AI engine that helps considerable companies control, manage, and augment AI-fueled intelligent experiences (iX). The solution is comprised of Fuel iX Core (management, integration, and tools) and Fuel iX Apps (application templates for business productivity). These represent two distinct user groups in enterprise IT and business functions that benefit from a common platform supporting generative AI capabilities.
is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing executive to assume a leadership role in our market research, growth, content, and go-to-market efforts, as well as serve as a strong contributor to strategy and partnership activities. The role will manage direct reports in key marketing functions, oversee marketing budget and operations, and coordinate with peer executives to align resources, goals, and operations. The role will report to the General Manager of Fuel iX.
Location and Flexibility
This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our offices OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee all marketing activities, including brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, events, and product marketing
- Oversee market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions, customer acquisition, and retention
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and results-driven approaches
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to track performance and make informed decisions
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget and timelines and allocate resources effectively
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with the media
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI, conversational AI, and customer experience
