Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Coder to support clinical trials through accurate medical coding.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex medical coding using MedDRA and WHODrug dictionaries
Conduct ongoing coding checks and lead the resolution of coding discrepancies
Provide guidance and training to junior coders and develop coding guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
5-8+ years of medical coding experience in clinical research
Strong knowledge of MedDRA and WHODrug dictionaries
Experience with clinical data management systems
Understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines
