Project Manager/Estimator for Commercial Roofing
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager/Estimator specializing in commercial roofing! In this vital role, you will oversee project planning, budgeting, and timeline management. You will analyze proposals, blueprints, and specifications to accurately estimate the resources needed for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing project management or estimating.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing products and systems, along with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and other professionals throughout the pre-bid and completion phases.
- Conduct and lead meetings with clients, site managers, and involved stakeholders.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
