Position Summary:
Are you a data-driven problem solver with excellent business analysis skills, along with experience in Collections Recovery area? Are you skilled in report generation, building dashboards, with a keen ability to translate complex technical findings into practical and impactful decisions?PRA Group is hiring a Collections / Reporting Business Analyst to join our Agency Management team – a function that works closely with senior leaders and third-party collection agencies to drive strategy, performance, and results across the collections space.
This isn’t just another reporting job. You will analyze data trends and make business strategy recommendations to Leadership. You’ll own the entire reporting lifecycle, from writing SQL queries and building dashboards in Power BI, forecasting performance and uncovering insights and noting data trends to help drive our collections strategy and critique agency performance.
