Duties

Help

Analyze and evaluate the document correctness and comprehensiveness, and provides guidance or instruction to improve or enhance the documents with a focus on cost, scheduling, budget, quality, scope and customer relations.

Recommend corrective action to ensure quality project performance.

Evaluate the progress of assigned program and projects within the program and develops measurable indicators for use in evaluating District project management effectiveness.

Assure that funding remains secure and work is performed in accordance with established policies.

Prepare a variety of finalized technical correspondence and reports and makes telephonic contacts as required.
