Construction Loan Analyst Senior

As part of the Credit Oversight team, the Construction Loan Analyst Senior is accountable for the monitoring of all construction projects for commercial and residential construction loans. How you will spend your time :

• Draw processing, engaging third party consultants; ordering, reviewing and analyzing pre construction costs / examine documentation and draw inspection reports against actual progress of project
• Ordering and reviewing title policy endorsements and updates
• Analyzing project budget and cost variations
• Authorizing loan and equity funding
• Identifying and assessing project trends and managing credit risk within the individual projects
• Creating analytical management reports that provide a summary of the outstanding portfolio to assist in financial capital allocation requirements
• Advising loan officers, attorneys, staff, and third parties on terms and conditions of construction project structure
• Following up on completed and inactive projects

Compensation Range : $69,230.00 - $149,000.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
