In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to :
- Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.
- Develop and maintain project resource loaded workplan.
- Coordinate with necessary team members.
- Develop and monitor project metrics.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Conduct project site visits if applicable.
- Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
- Develop cost estimates.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Work from project co-location spaces as required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principals including the Last Planner System.
