Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service. Must be legally authorized to work in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Ability to stand and walk continuously during each shift. Capacity to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Engage in frequent face-to-face interactions with customers. Skills to multitask efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment. Typical shifts are 8 hours long, including weekends and holidays, 5 days a week. Adherence to company uniform and hygiene standards is required. Enjoy a fun, fast-paced, and energetic workplace.
As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for current, prospective, and new residents. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly greet all customers as they enter.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, ideally within three rings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and manage reservations.
- Effectively sell rooms to guests both in-person and over the phone, including posting daily ads online.
- Handle all cash and charge transactions with accuracy.
- Secure cash drops in the safe at the end of your shift.
- Keep meticulous records of room statuses and follow closing procedures, including deposit slips and setting alarms.
- Process work orders from residents systematically.
- Receive and distribute mail for residents.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
