- The candidate will be allowed to work remotely. There is a mandatory three-week training onsite at the beginning in Raleigh, NC.
Job Description :
This data quality analyst will serve as a SME on clinical data and health record systems.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Health Information Exchange (HIE).
Expert knowledge of health information exchange (HIE) data standards and formats and Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRs) data architecture.
Experience with Subject matter expert (SME) level of knowledge working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2 and C-CDA messages
Subject matter expert (SME) level of knowledge working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2 and C-CDA messages
Proven experience with clinical data ETL techniques, data verification, data quality management, and validation
Experience with analyzing and documenting processes and requirement specifications and developing clinical workflows
Understanding of general IT architectural principles, technical designs and specifications
Knowledge of HIPAA and health care regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact as a productive team member on a project team or manages a project task.
Ability to weigh alternatives and consequences to make informed decisions on current operational issues.
Understanding of Medicaid programs and the data / reporting needs for Medicaid Enterprise Systems implementation, population health management and quality measurement.
Understanding of client's DAV program.
