The UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences across SIGMA Group’s websites and applications. This role bridges design and development—translating UX strategy and visual design into functional, responsive, and performant front-end solutions. Working with the Visual Designer and backend developers, this developer ensures consistent, efficient, and accessible interfaces across all digital properties. Onsite or Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and front-end implementation of SIGMA’s websites and internal applications, from wireframes to deployed interfaces.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components using modern web technologies.
- Translate design prototypes and UX specifications into maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library for use across SIGMA’s web ecosystem.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into front-end interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing, performance reviews, and iterative improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Designer.
- Provide technical input on UX architecture, content structure, and conversion optimization.
- Work with stakeholders across divisions to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or Product Designer with strong implementation experience.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework preferred).
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, with experience in design-to-code workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience creating or maintaining a component-based design system.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Effective collaboration with designers, marketers, and developers in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B or technical industries.
- Working knowledge of version control (Git), build tools, and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
