Job Requisition for TSC, Plano TX
Position – HVAC Field Technical Consultant
General Responsibilities
1. Assist in the creation and maintenance of service and installation manuals.
2. Provide on-site technical support to our business partners and their local contractors as needed. This will include trouble shooting, preconstruction visits, cover inspections, and factory commissioning.
3. Provide remote technical support.
4, Provide internal and external product applications support to our partners and sales team.
5. Provide product specific service and installation training. Such trainings may include but are not limited to the following products :
ØTraditional residential split systems : gas, heat pump, and electric.
ØSingle phase and three phase VRF equipment
ØAir to water equipment including hydronic heating and modular chillers
6. Assist our sales team with technical questions and or related issues as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
- STEM degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years directly related applied HVAC experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Power Point, Excel, and Adobe
- Strong HVAC service and installation experience
- HVAC construction background
- Centralized / BMS controls experience is a plus
