Our client is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their outstanding care team. What You'll Do :
As a Nurse, you'll take the lead on your shift to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You'll be a trusted care provider and a role model for our care team, promoting a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Supervise and guide CNAs in providing personal and restorative care
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes
- Handle admissions, transfers, discharges, and complete accurate documentation
- Administer medications and maintain eMAR / eTAR accuracy
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Support residents with daily living activities and appointments
- Lead shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care
- Respond to emergencies and document incidents
- Promote cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times
