Preferred Experience : 3-5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare. Prior experience working with Workday ATS and a background in staffing / sourcing is a plus. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Skills : Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience is highly preferred. Soft Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description :
The University of Kansas Hospital Authority is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to provide additional support for the hospital's Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on managing an influx of requisitions due to the expansion of new clinics and transitioning vendor services in-house. The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring efforts for healthcare positions.
Responsibilities :
- Screen and evaluate incoming applications for various roles within the hospital.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Support the full recruitment cycle as needed, including sourcing candidates.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Provide updates on recruitment progress and pipeline management.
