At Lonestar Electric Supply, our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN drives everything we do. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will assist in building a talented workforce by managing the logistical and administrative aspects of our recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and job status updates.
- Assist in sourcing candidates by searching job boards and networking platforms.
- Handle candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment screenings.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and tracking metrics.
- Assist with onboarding activities, such as coordinating orientation schedules.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
