Job description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) in an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and works across multidisciplinary teams. As a superuser of the ATS / ERP Workday application they support as tier 1 and 2 support to hiring managers, candidates and recruiters and Preboarding coordinators. TAS will troubleshoot issues and support in audits to keep the transactions clean and moving forward. This is a fast-paced role moving between priorities and projects. The role also provides report and analytical data to the client groups on recurring basis. TA Specialist role also manages the MSP and vendor Contractor management, and other department projects to support technology and recruiting efforts.
