SelectRX is a high touch, technology-driven specialized medication management pharmacy. We engage virtually with patients to ensure accurate prescription records are maintained in order to achieve improved prescription drug adherence. SelectRX does this by providing a personalized clinical approach driven by a robust technology platform to track adherence with a world-class pharmaceutical packing and distribution facility.

Job Summary :

As the VP of Pharmacy Solution Architecture, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and implementation of pharmacy platforms, systems, and integration solutions. This is a critical role that will shape the technology roadmap and systems infrastructure to support SelectRx's pharmacy services nationwide.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Driving the architecture strategy and design for pharmacy solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing integration, testing, deployment and ongoing operations of new pharmacy platforms and systems
  • Establishing and enforcing standards and governance practices for pharmacy solution architecture
  • Evaluating vendor products / services and providing technology recommendations to stakeholders
  • Communicating architecture plans and advocating for investments with executives and leadership
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of pharmacy industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory impacts
  • Incorporating pharmacy best practices and compliance requirements into solution designs

Education and Experience :

  • 10+ years solution architecture experience with 5+ years in healthcare / pharmacy domain
  • Expertise in leading pharmacy technology platforms, systems and integration
  • Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
