The Recruiter is responsible for assistingwith the recruitment process. The process has to be properlydesigned and implemented.

The Recruiter assists with building ahealthy relationship with internal customers and externalrecruitment vendors. The Recruiter is responsible for assistingwith the development of the recruitment team in human resourcesdevelops successors and increases the value added by the teammembers.

RECRUITERRESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assistwith developing recruitment strategies and programs to achieverequired staffing levels.
  • Assist withdeveloping advertising programs to ensure high visibility withpotential candidates.
  • Meets with managers todevelop specific recruiting plans.
  • Schedulesand attends job / career fairs with appropriatestaff.
  • Screens and refers qualified applicantsto hiring manager for interviewing.
  • Assist withdeveloping and conducting training programs for managers with agoal of improving. recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reducingturnover.
  • Researches analyzes prepares andpresents hiring and statistics.
  • Maintainsrecords on recruiting activities asrequired.
  • Participates in development of annualrecruiting budget.
  • Must be able to fulfillessential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safemanner.
  • Other duties asassigned.

LEADRECRUITERQUALIFICATIONS :

  • Leadershipskills.
  • Social MediaKnowledge.
  • 1 years experience inthe Recruitmentdiscipline.
  • Ability tocommunicate effectively to Management to ensurecompliance.
  • Experience developing and / ordelivering Recruitment programs.
  • Proficientwith job boards and ATS.
  • Google and Microsoftsuite.
  • Ability to take the initiative and driveinnovation.
