OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE CLERK ROLE :
- Office Clerk performs basic clerical functions which includes filing paperwork quickly and accurately, copying, inputting, packing up files, etc
- Prepare and scan documents into computer database
- Office Clerk works with scanned documents to enter data into spreadsheets and their database quickly and accurately
- Operate related business machines such as calculator, computer, copiers, and shredder
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE CLERK ROLE :
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills
- The Office Clerk must have the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Excel - data entry and some basic formulas
