Job Summary
This position at Tipsy Putt primarily greets guests, checks for valid identification, and ensures the safety of our team and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome and ID checks of our guests
- Provide a brief overview of our customer experience from games to food and drinks
- Ensuring responsible serving practices, preventing guests from over intoxication
- Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment for guests by bussing tables, chairs, and glassware, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the shift when needed.
- Knowledge of current and future promotions within the pub
- Event promotion during big events near the pub
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Toast POS system
- Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner
- Active Guard Card preferred
Physical Requirements :
- 100% walk and stand
- Communicate with guests and team members in person and on radio comms
- Operate POS system / Toast
- Ability to use IPAD and various applications
- Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.
