Litigation Paralegal
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range : $70K to $90K and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, etc.
Position Type : Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire
LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation with 3+ years of experience.
This role will focus on civil litigation matter including on Mass Torts, Commercial, Business, and Employment Litigation.
Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memos
- Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes
- Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses
- Maintain and update case files and databases
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience with a major emphasis on litigation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
