2+ years of related experience required.

- Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting
Responsibilities :
- Manage associates through coaching and establishing a positive, productive work environment
- Recommend process and procedure improvements to ensure quality, service, and profitability goals are met
- Handle all staff responsibilities, including but not limited to : hiring, training, firing, establishing performance standards, conducting performance reviews and growing careers
- Answer incoming customer contacts in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Handle escalated customer issues with sensitivity, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned
