- Seeking a *Human Resources Manager* for a world leading company, in the Food and Beverage industry, in *Loves Park, Illinois Location : On-Site Contract : 8 months (possible con) Pay : $65.
32 / hr. DESCRIPTION : *Temporary contract with possibility of hire for the right person. Middle of transition-the gum sector of the company is currently being sold.
Once fully sold, this position will become direct with the new company.*RESPONSIBILITIES Broad HR experience* Labor relations and union relations* Provide HR leadership to the Plant Leadership Team and it's employees including contractors, enabling achievement of plant KPIs & delivering against strategy.
- Drive consistence policy administration* Support the Organizational, Education & Training pillars of IL6S.*MUST : Problem solver.
