Position Title : Card Services Representative 1
Business Unit : Operations
Reports To : Supervisor of Card Services
Position Overview :
This position is primarily responsible for processing disputes and maintenance pertaining to debit and ATM cards. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer, both internal and external.
Primary Responsibilities :
Performs appropriate maintenance on debit cards, ATM cards and business check cards accurately, timely and in compliance with department standards.
Works dispute cases and processes charge back adjustments into the EFT Client-Central within the timeframe provided by Regulation E (Reg E) and in compliance with Visa regulations.
Answers phone calls and emails promptly and accurately to foster great customer service internally.
Generates daily the appropriate customer letters relative to each stage of the dispute process while adhering to the guidelines assigned by the Regulation E (Reg E).
Reviews daily and monthly reports and takes appropriate action governed by procedures assigned to each specific report.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position :
